Klaus has spent 15 years as an Accountant in Public Practice and 22 years as a company director, an independent strategic advisor and business owner. Klaus has extensive Board and senior management experience including public companies, Government instrumentalities and private companies.

Klaus has twice held appointments as a CEO of a listed public companies and numerous appointments as an executive and non-executive director of private companies.

Klaus has a passion for strategy and implementation, he has delivered complex projects across several countries and acted as direct advisor to a number of Banks.

Klaus has directly drafted and coordinated over 20 prospectuses to raise in excess of $500 million which also included leading two former private companies through the IPO process and listing on the main board of the Stock Exchange.

In addition to extensive experience in Australia, Klaus has conducted business and worked extensively in many countries including USA, Singapore, China (including Hong Kong), Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, UK, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands and Russia.

Klaus also lived and worked in Germany being the country of his birth.
